Early arrivals and late departures
Guaranteed early check-in can only be provided to rooms reserved 1 night prior to arrival. Late check-out is subject to availability and can only be guaranteed if an additional night is booked at the time of reservation. Check-out at 18:00hrs will be charged 50% of rate. Check-outs later than 18:00hrs will be charged full rate.
Guaranteed reservations and deposits
50% deposit is required at the time of confirmation. All reservations that have been confirmed with a payment deposit are guaranteed, even in the case of late check-ins. Room inavailability will not arise in the case of confirmation with a payment deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 21 days prior to arrival will be charged 50% of the room/nights booked and cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival will be charged 100% of the room/nights booked.
Smoke-free Hotel
No smoking is allowed in rooms, but it is allowed in public areas such as the Heat restaurant, the lobby, T Lounge, balconies & the terrace.
